If you are in a hurry, we can conduct a virtual tour of the property through emailed photographs or via video call.
Standard Homes Staging Assessment + written report: A two hour assessment of the property, room by room including the exterior, after which the property owner will receive a full written report with observations, recommendations and an action plan detailing changes which would make the best of each area...£336.
We may recommend adding items to your rooms such as lamps, lighting, furniture, artwork, accessories etc. If you wish we can source these items for you and deliver them to your door. ...from £126, dependent upon the amount required, plus the cost of the items.
If you would like further assistance, our installation team will unpack, place and build furniture if required, removing all the packaging once they are finished. A designer will also style the space for you to ensure everything looks perfect for your potential buyers. ...from £126 dependent upon the number and type of purchases.
