STEP TWO: OUR HOME STAGING ADVICE

We offer 2 options:
Verbal Home Staging Assessment: A two hour assessment including a walk through the property, accompanied by the home owner, to discuss observations and recommendations for changes which would make the best of each area...£147.
*During COVID restrictions we  prefer to conduct a tour of the property through emailed photographs or via video call*

Standard Homes Staging Assessment + written report: A two hour assessment of the property, room by room including the exterior, after which the property owner will receive a full written report with observations, recommendations and an action plan detailing changes which would make the best of each area...£336.
**this can only be carried out in vacant/unoccupied properties at this current time **

STEP THREE: OUR SOURCING and SUPPLY SERVICE

We may recommend adding items to your rooms such as lamps, lighting, furniture, artwork, accessories etc. If you wish we can source these items for you and deliver them to your door. ...from £126, dependent upon the amount required, plus the cost of the items.
 

installation and styling

STEP FOUR: OUR INSTALLATION and STYLING SERVICE

If you would like further assistance, our installation team will unpack, place and even build the furniture if required, removing all the packaging once they are finished. A designer will also style the space for you to ensure everything looks perfect for you potential buyers. ...from £126 dependent upon the number and type of purchases.

  • Need help from tradespeople?: we can recommend and liaise with local painters & decorators, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, builders etc to carry out our recommended improvements. ...fees based on an hourly rate of £42.
  • Preparing for viewings: If you don’t have time, or you just want the professional touch, we can set the scene for your viewers or your Estate Agent’s camera...from £126. N.B. Although not essential, it is advisable to carry out a verbal/standard home staging assessment first in order to make the best use of the time.
