We primarily work with property investors and developers who utilise residential properties for business purposes, such as holiday lets, AirBnB, serviced accommodation (SA) and homes in multiple occupancy (HMO). However, we also design private residence interiors and commercial spaces too. We offer tailor-made, budget focused interior design solutions to suit the space and to appeal to the target market whether it's you, your buyers, your tenants, your customers or your guests. 

Our interior design and styling services works in stages which means you can start with our advice and ideas to give you confidence to tackle the project yourself or you can continue through to our full 'design, supply and installation' service if desired.

  • Every step has its own associated fee. That means you can run with the ideas yourself or continue with us onto the next step.

STEP ONE: OUR FREE INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION

All our services start with an initial phone consultation, which is absolutely free. We get to know you; your property; your likes/dislikes, your brand or your target market; all whilst you get to know us and what we can do to design and style your property.

We have a flexible approach to interior design, working in stages, so that at any step of the way you can run with the ideas yourself or continue with our expertise...

STEP TWO: CONCEPT MOOD BOARD

REMOTE SERVICE - You send us images of your room or property.
We provide a digital mood board with lifestyle images demonstrating the look and feel of the desired space and includes products which would help you to achieve it. This may include paint colours, finishes, furniture style, lighting style, soft furnishings etc which, together create a the desired look...prices from £126 dependent on the number of rooms/zones.

We understand that you may prefer an in-person consultation. We offer this for an extra charge of £84 - Lancashire region. Please ask for our rate for further afield.

STEP THREE: SCHEME DEVELOPMENT

REMOTE SERVICE - we may require further images and room dimensions.
This is where we discuss the specifics to suit the space, finding available products to fit that align with the concept outlined in step one.

Depending on the scope of the brief, you will be given a digital scheme board detailing the paint colours, wallpapers, fabrics, furniture, lighting, artwork/mirror and flooring. Where relevant, we will send you sample swatches in the post. You will also receive costings and, where appropriate, a furniture layout plan....from £126 dependent upon the brief. 

If you would like us to measure the spaces for you we are happy to do so for the additional fee of £84 - Lancashire region. Please ask for our rate for further afield.

STEP FOUR: SUPPLY

You can run with the suggestions set out in our design proposal and source the items yourself, or, if you would like to continue with our support and expertise, taking advantage of our trade savings, we can supply all of the content of the proposed scheme, delivered to your door.

If you require made-to-measure curtains or blinds we would visit your property to conduct a window survey.

installation and styling

STEP FIVE: INSTALLATION and STYLING

Following on from the delivery, if you would like further assistance, our installation team will unpack, place and even build the furniture if required, removing all the packaging once they are finished. A designer will also style the space to ensure everything is perfectly placed.

  • Bespoke and tailored options: Not all interior projects fit neatly into one of our categories or you may have multiple rooms to work on. If you're not sure what you want or what your property needs, we can start with the free phone call then create a bespoke package to cater for your interior design needs. We tailor the use of the time to suit you; whether it be providing advice, sourcing items or gathering information for your project in hand.
  • Working with tradespeople: If you need help to implement the new interior we've designed e.g. decorating, joinery, electrical, plumbing etc. we can recommend and liaise with local tradespeople providing decorating and electrical schedules and bespoke joinery concept drawings where required. Our fees are based on £42/hour.
  • Contract and Commercial Interiors: For the commercial sector, we specify and/or supply contract FR quality furniture/soft furnishings/wallpaper. So, if you have sheltered or student accommodation to refurbish; a guest house or hotel in need of attention; a cafe or restaurant requiring an upgrade, please do get in touch to talk through your requirements.
