We offer a full 'design, supply and installation' show home service to work with your property style and to your budget, whilst ensuring the appeal to your target market.

An empty property is harder to sell: there is nothing to identify the purpose of the spaces; nothing to provide scale; nothing to encourage imagination; nothing to keep the viewer' interest in the property; and nothing to set it apart from the countless other empty new-build properties the potential buyers have viewed.
A dressed and styled show home: grabs attention; gives purpose to the spaces; demonstrates room layout; captures imagination; creates a desirable lifestyle; makes it distinctive and memorable; and, keeps the potential buyers' focus and attention on the property for much, much longer.

The Design Fix team have had lots of success from several property sales on a show home opening weekend to all the plots of the show home type sold within 4 weeks of the show home launch, having previously been on the market for a year.

  • The full works…consultation, ideas, scheme boards, layout plans, specifying, ordering and installation of everything within the interior of your show home.

    Scheme boards and wallcovering/fabric samples are provided to demonstrate the look and feel across the whole interior of the property, with a full schedule of costings for décor, furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, lighting, lamps, accessories.
  • COVID19 UPDATE:  if your property is unoccupied and empty we are able to carry out a site visit as long as we can guarantee distancing rules. A list of the required safety measures would be sent to you ahead of time. 

    Alternatively, if you have the floor plans, we can create digital moodboards, sending samples through the post. Many of our trusted suppliers are now delivering and installers are still able to working in empty properties by following strict safety guidelines. Perfect for creating the promotional photos and walk-through videos to generate interest, and ready for viewings in person. 
  • Flooring, kitchens and bathrooms can also be included although these are normally organised by the developer.
  • Do you already have a show home on your housing development but every plot is sold?
    We provide a 'move-over service' too. Using all the furniture, lamps, accessories etc form the completed show home, we create a new look in a new house on your new site.
